AI video generation

AI video generator fortext and images

Describe a shot and get a clip. Or hand it one photo and watch the frame come alive. Shorz runs Kling v3, Seedance 2.0 and Gemini Omni Flash on your desktop, then drops the result straight into your edit.

How to use the ai video generator in three steps

Most AI video sites hand you a 5-second clip and a watermark, then charge you monthly for the privilege. Shorz puts the same frontier models inside a desktop app you already use to edit — so a generated shot lands in your library next to your real footage, gets captioned, scored and cut with everything else, and exports clean.

1

Describe the shot

Type what you want to see — subject, camera move, lighting, mood. Or drop in a still and let the model animate that exact frame instead of inventing a new one.

Kling v3 for motion-heavy shots, Seedance 2.0 Mini when you want cheap iterations, Gemini Omni Flash for fast native Google generation. Set the duration and the aspect ratio for the platform you're posting to.

Drop it into the edit

The finished clip saves to your library as a normal file. Use it as a scene, as AI B-roll behind narration, or as the opening shot — then caption, score and export it with the rest of the video.

Why AI Video Generator in Shorz

A single product photo animating into a moving video shot

One photo, one moving shot

Image-to-video takes a still you already own — a product shot, a location photo, a generated frame — and animates it. You keep the composition you approved instead of rolling the dice on a fresh generation every time.

Generated shots that survive the edit

Because generation happens inside the editor, a clip you make is immediately editable: trim it, speed-ramp it, put subtitles over it, layer music under it, reframe it to vertical. No re-upload, no round trip through a browser tab.

Shorz speaks MCP

Shorz isn't a locked web app. Connect it to Claude, Cursor, Codex or Gemini and your assistant can drive it directly — one message instead of a panel full of clicks. You review before anything is published.

See how MCP automation works
An AI assistant asks Shorz: Generate three 8-second vertical shots of a neon-lit city street at night, then add them as the opening scenes of my project.

You say

“Generate three 8-second vertical shots of a neon-lit city street at night, then add them as the opening scenes of my project.”

Shorz does

  • 1Read the project's aspect ratio
  • 2Generate 3 clips at 9:16
  • 3Import them to the library
  • 4Place them as scenes 1–3

Every tool ships with the same promises

They're not separate products with separate bills. One app, one credit balance, one export that belongs to you.

  • No subscription — prepaid credits that never expire
  • No watermark on anything you export, ever
  • Full commercial rights on what you create
  • A desktop app for Windows and Mac — your files stay on your machine
  • Auto Edit and Clipping: 4 free videos a week, no card
  • Drivable from Claude, Cursor, Codex or Gemini over MCP

AI Video Generator questions

ByteDance Seedance 2.0 Mini (the default — the cheapest per second), Seedance 2.0 Fast, Seedance 2.0 and Seedance 2.5, Kling Video v3 Standard, and Gemini Omni 1.1 Flash. The lineup is server-driven, so newer models appear in the picker without you updating anything.

It depends on the model: Gemini Omni Flash generates 3–10 seconds, Seedance 4–15 seconds, Kling 3–15 seconds. Longer sequences are built by generating several shots and cutting them together in the editor — which is exactly what Text-to-Video does automatically from a script.

No. Shorz never watermarks output, on any plan or tier. Anything you generate with credits is cleared for full commercial use.

No. Video, image, voice and music generation all run on your Shorz account. The only optional key is ElevenLabs, and only if you want to narrate with your own cloned voice.

It runs on prepaid credits (1 credit = €0.01, packs from €19.90, credits never expire). Video is the most expensive thing in the app — roughly 9–26 credits per second at 720p depending on the model, with Seedance 2.0 Mini the cheapest. AI images cost a fraction of that, which is why image-based B-roll is the default for long videos.

Yes. Shorz exposes an MCP server, so Claude, Cursor, Codex or Gemini can generate clips, drop them into a project and keep editing — you review the result instead of clicking through the panel.
